Both the municipal leadership and the opposition agree that they want Borreboda as a commercial area. The municipality has informed, but previously not specifically, to the residents of Borreboda, who believe that the information has been unclear.

When the appeal period expired, the villagers had not yet understood that the plan affected their properties.
