At least if you are to believe Peter Jönsson who arranges the annual event together with his daughters Ida and Moa Nilsson.

"I think every year it will be the last time. Then you come here, hear the cars and see the first child twinkling his eyes. Then you know that this is worth everything and then some," he says.

Full day for tried families

The participants are children and families who in various ways struggle with a tough everyday life. Peter and his friends line up with their sports cars and offer a full day on the motor track.

SVT News Helsingborg was in place in the crowd and met, among others, the couple Frida and Oliver Halling with their 3-year-old son William. He is finally on his way to recovery after having been severely ill with cancer since his first year of life.

"A wonderful day. After all the time we have spent in hospital with William for the past two years, it feels fantastic to be able to come out on this, says mother Frida.
