The head of the Investigative Committee, Alexander Bastrykin, told RIA Novosti that the propaganda of violence is widespread in Ukraine.
"In one of the commercials, Ukrainian actress Adrianna Kurilets called for violence against the Russian military, depicting the murder process," he recalled.
Such a video is similar to the footage of the murders that are released by the militants of the IG *, Bastrykin stressed.
"A criminal case has been initiated and is being investigated against her on the fact of inciting hatred and enmity on a national basis," he said.
In April last year, Bastrykin instructed to initiate a criminal case against Kurilets.
