Recently, the discipline inspection and supervision team of the Discipline Inspection Commission of the autonomous region stationed in the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the autonomous region jointly stationed in the audit department of the unit carried out a special investigation on the integrity risks in the asset leasing management of state-owned enterprises in the autonomous region, and urged the departments stationed in the autonomous region to formulate the Notice on Regulating the Asset Leasing of State-owned Enterprises in the Autonomous Region in view of the problems found in the investigation such as insufficient transparency in decision-making, imstrict signing of lease contracts, and unreasonable rent agreements, so as to standardize the asset leasing behavior of enterprises from nine aspects.
