There was a lot of traffic chaos around Arcushallen and Storheden during the morning in Luleå when this year's folk festival and bargain market opened its doors. And the rush when visitors had to get in reminded some of when the cows are going out to pasture.

– Yes, it reminds a bit of a cow drop. It's wonderful to see, says Bosse Tano, who is one of the organizers.

Are visitors always in this hurry?

Yes, this is how it usually is every year.

One of the largest and oldest bargain markets

The bargain market at Arcushallen in Luleå has been around for 30 years and takes place twice a year. And on each occasion it is only open for one day.

"We have decided that one day is enough because if you have it longer, visitors still start to think that all the finest gadgets have gone.

Could it be a record year?

"It's hard to say, but it's very nice weather today, so many people might think that we'll go out today and do something special," says Bosse Tano.

In the video you can see the extremely long queue for the Bargain Market and the huge crowd inside Arcushallen.
