In a short time, seven employees at the nursing home in Harads have been told that they must leave Sweden before the summer and Haifa Bamehriz Henriksson has been expelled despite having lived in Sweden for seven years and has a permanent job and family in Boden.

"No crying need"

The Moderates' group leader in Boden, Tobias Sundberg, does not share the local Sweden Democrats' views that the regulations at the Migration Board must be reviewed.

"I don't see any urgent need to change the regulations," he says.

The group leader also believes that Boden municipal commissioner Claes Nordmark (S) crossed a line when he went out on SVT and criticized the Migration Board's handling of deported Haifa.

"I think it's a bit unfortunate as a councillor to go out and criticise an authority when there is also an appeal authority where you can get a second chance to look at this case.

Assumes that the right decision is made

According to Sundberg, the municipal commissioner should have directed his criticism at the legislation on deportations instead of going into individual cases.

"You simply have to respect the course of the case and assume that the authority has made the correct decisions in these cases.

Tobias Sundberg tells in the clip how he thinks the need for labor should be solved in Boden when people who work are deported.
