Troops of the Ertzaintza have closed the three accesses of the Plaza de España in Vitoria at 21:15 p.m. warned of the concentration held by about 200 young people convened by the Housing Union, a youth organization integrated into Gazte Koordinadora Sozialista (GKS). The ertzainas prevent access to the interior of the central Vitorian square and make it easier for citizens who remained in the catering premises to leave the place. The young people of GKS have started late this afternoon a "camp" to demand a "response" from the City Council to have their own txozna in the next parties of La Blanca.
The Ertzaintza has closed the Plaza de España in a control device of the concentration carried out by the supporters of GKS. On their website gedar.eus, the young self-described "communists" announce this mobilization within the initiatives to demand that the txoznas commission facilitate their incorporation in the face of the "veto" suffered in the 2022 festivities.
"We demand that the Abertzale Left withdraw the political veto imposed on the txosnas and we also demand that the city council leave a space in the parties," says this group that already last year carried out several protest actions against the systematic refusal of the txoznas commissions controlled by EH Bildu to facilitate their participation.
The Housing Union of GKS has called for Saturday, May 6, a demonstration in the Plaza de la Virgen Blanca with which they intend to visualize their complaint against what they consider a "veto" imposed by the Abertzale left.
