According to Interfax, the department also noted that at present the acceptance of applications for participation in the auction for the sale of two apartments of Abyzov with a total area of 161.9 sq. m and 157.8 sq. m, which are located in the 1st Obydensky Lane in Moscow, has been resumed.
The starting price of apartments is 141,596,283 rubles and 110,490,298 rubles.
According to the Federal Property Management Agency, the auction will be held on May 26.
Abyzov and accomplices, depending on the role of each, are charged under a number of articles of the Criminal Code of Russia: "Creation of a criminal community using official position and participation in its activities", "Fraud on an especially large scale", "Legalization of funds obtained as a result of committing a crime", "Commercial bribery", "Illegal participation in entrepreneurial activities".
