Across Europe, some projects are trying to remedy water scarcity: sobriety, use of wastewater, or mega-basins – giant water reservoirs that generate strong resistance, especially in France. Brussels seeks to ensure our water supply and guarantee its quality, even going so far as to consider a right to drinking water for its citizens. How can we guarantee access to this essential resource for our survival?
