At the meeting, the Guangzhou Intellectual Property Court released the 2022 White Paper on Judicial Protection of Intellectual Property. It is reported that in 2022, the Guangzhou Intellectual Property Court will explore and promote the establishment of a Nansha dispatch court, establish the Guangdong Intellectual Property Dispute Mediation Center, and carry out judicial confirmation cooperation with the market supervision bureaus of seven prefectures and cities including Guangzhou and Dongguan for judicial confirmation of intellectual property administrative mediation. Equally protect the legitimate rights and interests of Chinese and foreign enterprises, and in 7, 2022 foreign-related intellectual property dispute cases were closed, 251.4 times more than at the beginning of the establishment of the hospital.
