According to the newspaper, the FNPR proposes to allow unemployed Russians, who have no more than five years left before retirement, to retire early if the employment service does not arrange them to work within a year.

In addition, trade unions are in favour of including the concepts of "partially unemployed" and "partially employed" in the bill.

Earlier, Russian Deputy Prime Minister Tatyana Golikova said that the number of unemployed registered in employment centers has decreased by 23 thousand people in Russia since the beginning of the year.

Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin said that 7 billion rubles are provided for the program to stimulate the hiring of workers.
