Gunnar and Maria Jonsson have had sheep on the farm for 23 years. On the farm there are about eighty sheep, of which 45 will lamb.

"It's a lot of fun, but also quite hard. You have to get up several times at night and you have to make sure that someone is always home during the day in case something happens," says Gunnar Jonsson.

Gunnar Jonsson says that the price increases for bale plastic, hay and diesel, among other things, have been felt. Nowadays, he has to plan the year more carefully.

"Concentrated feed has become significantly more expensive. But if you are careful to take analyses of the hay and harvest the hay early so that you have good nutrition in the hay – then I can save and use less concentrated feed," he says.
