"I don't think it was the person you come in to that you were really looking for," says Sebastian Johansson, prosecutor at the prosecutor's office.

It was in March that the suspects allegedly forced their way into a home, threatened two people with a knife, and took a bag with them. One of the people who was in the home is also said to have been subjected to an extortion attempt, as the prosecutor believes that the defendants also tried to get the plaintiff to pay SEK 100,000 to them.

"They had a knife to the throat of the man who lived there. They were talking about a debt. I tried to calm down the situation and said I'm calling the police. They finally realized that maybe it was the wrong apartment. He who lived there got some blood white and a big mark on his neck, says a person who was present in his professional role and witnessed the incident.

Drove into the ditch

A passenger car was then stolen and a police chase began.

"When the police follow them, they drive into the ditch and flee on foot across a field," says Sebastian Johansson, prosecutor for the chamber.

Two people in their late teens are now charged with, among other things, robbery, attempted extortion, aggravated unlawful threats and aggravated theft of a means of transport.

The trial begins on April 25 at Uppsala District Court.
