"The adopted law on the digitalization of military registration does not indicate that electronic subpoenas will be sent through the State Services. The methods of sending subpoenas must still be established by the Government in a separate act, which has not been adopted," the department explained.

At the same time, the law explicitly provides for the use of the State Services portal only for sending notifications about military registration, application and removal of restrictive measures, as well as for access to information in the register of summonses, which has not yet been created.

As previously stated in the General Staff of the Russian Armed Forces, the dispatch of conscripts to deployment points on Russian territory as part of the spring campaign will begin on April 20.

There will be no fan mailings of electronic summonses to citizens of military age during the spring conscription campaign, they stressed.

The Ministry of Digital Development said that the register of persons liable for military service will be launched no earlier than the autumn draft.
