A 48-year-old man died this afternoon at the Hospital of La Paz after receiving a stab wound to the heart during a robbery on the road to Ortigal in the Madrid district of Fuencarral. The VI Group of Homicides of the National Police of Madrid investigates the crime that occurred on this trail located about three kilometers from a famous restaurant in the area.
It was a man who, after finding the victim still alive at a point on the road of the Ortigal, has given the notice to the Police and the emergency services. Before his death, the victim said that he had been the victim of a robbery. The agents of the Municipal Police who have also arrived at the place have tried to look for the possible perpetrators in the area.
It took about 30 minutes for health workers to reach the site due to difficult access for ambulances and medical vehicles on the ground.
The man had a deep stab wound in the left hemithorax and had heavy bleeding.
After being intubated, he has gone into cardiorespiratory arrest during the transfer to the hospital, but the doctors of Samur-Civil Protection have managed to recover his pulse.
Already in the Hospital La Paz has again suffered a stop that has also been reversed by the toilets. However, he died shortly afterwards in hospital.
