"What do you do?" It is the response of a 13-year-old boy when another, of the same age, gives him a strong punch in the face without warning and when he was going to greet him. His gesture of disbelief is followed by more blows. A grab by the neck, the throw against the ground, another punch from which he tries to protect himself, kicks.
An aggression that includes a spit in the face and before which the victim does not try to defend himself. He barely succeeds in outlining a question: "What did I tell him?"
This episode of brutal violence is captured in a video captured by other boys who, apparently, already knew what was going to happen and at no time try to contain the aggression. On the contrary, some laughter is heard. The video was also distributed later.
It happened during Holy Week, in the municipality of Fortuna, in the province of Murcia. It was the Local Police who helped the victim in the first instance and later located the aggressor. According to Onda Regional de Murcia, it is already available to the Juvenile Prosecutor's Office. In any case, since he would not have reached the age of 14, he cannot be charged for these acts.
