NBC News: the United States is studying the failure of JDAM bomb guidance systems in Ukraine

"The document marked 'secret' examines why Ukrainian bombs equipped with American-made JDAM guidance systems have recently failed," the report said.

It is assumed that the fuses of the bombs were not configured properly.
