Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Sergei Ryabkov said that Moscow will calmly announce, when the time comes, what the Russian side will do in response to Finland's accession to NATO.

Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Alexander Grushko said that Russia has already begun to develop retaliatory measures to stop possible threats due to Finland's accession to the North Atlantic Alliance.
