"Russia never interferes in internal affairs, or even in the discussions that unfold in a particular country on the eve of election campaigns," Lavrov said at a press conference.

At the same time, Lavrov said that the United States "loudly, clearly and in connection with the elections, and without any elections" indicate to other states what they need to do.

In turn, Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlut Cavusoglu said that Ankara does not want to see any attempts from other countries to influence the electoral processes.

"And we do not see such intentions on the part of Russia and have never observed them," he stressed.

Earlier, Haber 7 wrote that the United States plans to make the "second Zelensky" the president of Turkey, and the country itself takes on the role of a conditional Ukraine.

In March, Turkey's opposition said that if it wins the election, Ankara will remind Russia of its membership in the North Atlantic Alliance.
