The interim relief judge considered that the order of requisitions of strikers of the TotalEnergies refinery of Gonfreville-L'Orcher had "seriously and manifestly illegal infringement of the right to strike".The administrative court of Rouen ordered in summary proceedings the suspension from Thursday 12:30 of the order of requisition of strikers of the TotalEnergies refinery of Gonfreville-L'Orcher in Seine-Maritime. In his order, of which AFP has obtained a copy, the judge of interim relief considered that this prefectural order has "seriously and manifestly illegal infringement of the right to strike", the prefecture of Seine-Maritime having not demonstrated in particular that a need for fuel was not met "for the needs of public services".
