The broadcast was conducted by the US State Department.

According to him, the United States is focused on practical steps that need to be taken in order for "Ukraine to meet NATO standards."

"Of course, NATO's doors remain open. There are no changes," he said.

Blinken added that now the West needs to "intensively concentrate on the coming weeks and months, especially given the fact that Ukraine is preparing for a counteroffensive."

Earlier, the Minister of Foreign Affairs and Foreign Economic Relations of Hungary Peter Szijjártó said that it is completely unrealistic to talk about Ukraine's membership in the North Atlantic Alliance.

Prior to this, Szijjártó called it a condition for Budapest to support Kiev's "integration attempts", the return by the Ukrainian authorities to ethnic Hungarians of the rights that they had before 2015.
