A deleted scene from episode 12 of the series "Jaafar Al-Omda" sparked the discontent of viewers, as some social media users circulated a picture from the series showing the fate of "Dodi" and his friends after they tried to assault Jaafar Al-Omda.

It seems that the scene was deleted from satellite channels before the episode was shown, and includes Jaafar's quarrel (Muhammad Ramadan) with "Dodi", the former fiancé of his fourth wife, Aida (Zeina), and the quarrel ends in favor of Jaafar Al-Omda after Dodi and his friends appear hanging with signs of severe beatings on their bodies.

Egyptian journalist Hani Azab posted on his official Facebook page a picture of the scene and wrote: #جعفر_العمدة's response to Dodi and the men.

This post provoked the dismay of viewers who commented that this encourages bullying, not surprising if this happens in the future, but others confirmed that this is inspired by reality, and it is really happening on the street.

Others criticized the exaggeration of Jaafar al-Omda's power, which Muhammad Ramadan deliberately does in most of his works.

Some viewers were confirming that this scene was presented in episode 12 on non-Egyptian channels and platforms, but it was not shown on local Egyptian channels, which was confirmed by the Egyptian actor Mohamed Ali Rizk in his response to the scriptwriter Mohamed Amin Radi, writing, "I mean, what scene from an Egyptian series is deleted in Egyptian channels and websites and exposed in the Gulf version?"

Hind Saeed Saleh also commented criticizing the deletion decision, "Is there already a limit to watch channels to be deleted from here and exposed there?"

The screenwriter Mohamed Amin Radi published a post on Facebook in which he marveled at the presentation of this scene, asking: "Is it what is it?" , with a photo of the scene posted, but later edited the post and added, "Edit... It turned out that there was no supervisory agreement in Egypt. And this was indeed the reason for the question. That's fine. The makers are free, of course."

It is noteworthy that the series "Jaafar Al-Omda" written and directed by Mohamed Sami, and co-starring with Mohamed Ramadan Zeina, Hala Sidqi, Iman Al-Assi, May Kassab, Ahmed Dash, Hedy Karim, Farida Seif Al-Nasr and Tariq Al-Nahri.
