"Among the proposals that are now being considered by the government with the participation of the expert community are the development of regional programs to increase the birth rate, the improvement of a set of measures to support large families, the creation of conditions for remote employment of women with small children, and, if desired, their return to work with the preservation of support measures, further increasing the availability of mortgages for parents with children," the statement says.
It is noted that the ideas "will be presented to the head of state in May 2023."
