At this time of year, Erika is in full swing sowing both the one and the other in the way of vegetables. The goal is a big and nice harvest. She believes that more and more people are interested in cultivation.
– The interest in cultivation has increased more and more and there are many who want to grow for their own family and support themselves. It's great fun, but it's also important that we get larger productions going around Dalarna," says Bränd Erika Forssell.

She thinks it is a great pity that the degree of self-sufficiency in Dalarna has decreased in recent years.
"There are people who want to produce food, but the challenge is that you have to be able to get an income from it. You can't just work without taking a salary," she says.
