"I can only speak from our office, but about 75 percent of our ads have to do with indirect net debt," says real estate agent Alexander Parmhed.
In some cases, it can be thousands of dollars more per month in fee for the buyer. What can prevent brokers from producing the net debt is if they do not get the information from the housing association.
– I believe and hope that we brokers, tenant-owner associations and the real estate association will get better and have clearer guidelines, says Alexander Parmhed.
He is in favour of strengthening buyers' protection.
"Anything that can help and guide the consumer to make a good financial decision is good.
