'El Nene', the narco who forever changed the business of 'cost' in the Strait
He is one of the characters that appears in 'Cost' (KO Books), which goes on sale this Monday. He put in check the governments of Morocco, where his family is from, and of Spain. There he was tortured in an illegal underground prison. In another, he had lobsters served and played with prisoners on all fours. He ended up shot on his yacht by some Marseillais, although his body has never appeared.
