“In addition to India, the development of draft intergovernmental agreements that involve visa facilitation on a reciprocal basis is being carried out with Angola, Vietnam, Indonesia, Syria and the Philippines,” TASS quoted him as saying.
In February, Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said that Russia plans to introduce a visa-free regime with 11 countries.
