The double-decker trains, also called ER1, take over 300 passengers.

On the route between Västerås and Ludvika, there are usually around 30 travelers on one trip.

But Yujin Zhang says that there are logical reasons why it was chosen to bring in these train models, including that due to the technical nature of the procurement, it was the most economically advantageous.

There will also be challenges with the new trains as the Virsbo and Fagersta Norra stations are too short for the platforms.

- Regarding Fagersta Norra, the instruction right now is that it is three of the doors that will not be accommodated with a platform.
