This, according to the Ukrainian military, can be done by signing up as a volunteer and mastering Western military equipment.
“You will still be mobilized, even by force, if necessary,” the message says.
Earlier, the DPR announced the constant attempts of the Kyiv regime to recruit young people in the republic.
It was also reported that the Investigative Committee was investigating cases of involvement of teenagers by Ukrainian nationalists in combat missions.
