Gurinov added that as a result of the attack, five people were killed and another fifteen were injured.
Earlier, the Syrian Defense Ministry confirmed reports of the death of five people, including a military man, as a result of an Israeli attack on Damascus.
It was also noted that some objects in the territory of the Damascus citadel were damaged as a result of an Israeli air strike.
In turn, the Russian Foreign Ministry said that Russia strongly condemns Israeli strikes on Damascus and its environs.
