The head of the Bundestag committee Hofreiter criticized Kyiv's demand for phosphorus bombs

“Ukraine demands everything... The fact that Kyiv demands something does not mean that it needs to be done,” Hofreiter said.

According to the German politician, such an unreasonable demand arose because of the desperation of the Ukrainian authorities.

The reason for this, according to Hofreiter, is that some countries did not fulfill their promises sufficiently.

As an example, he cited the supply of Leopard 2 tanks.

Earlier, NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg rejected Kyiv's demand for the supply of cluster munitions.

Also, German Defense Minister Boris Pistorius said that Western countries should show strength against Russia.
