The floorball team changed places with its leader at the sports gala in Örebro

Normally, the leader Stina Öst stands next to the field when her funky team YMCA Allstars floorball trains and plays matches.

But this evening it was her turn to be the center of attention.

- I am nominated as leader of the year, she says.

"She is good"

The whole team gathered outside the Conventum just before the gala started.

Regardless of the outcome of the jury's choice in the category, goalkeeper Kerstin Peterson had a clear picture of who is her best leader.

- She is good.

She takes care of all of us in the team, says Kerstin.

I think more people should get the chance

In a few weeks, a training match awaits against Köping at home at Tegelbruket in Markbacken.

Kerstin enjoys having the chance to play floorball, but thinks more people should have the chance to practice sports.

- There would need to be more sports opportunities for the disabled, including for the blind, mobility impaired and for those who can barely walk.

That's what I work for, says Kerstin Peterson.
