“A center for humanitarian demining will be created in Ukraine, which will serve as an analytical center and will summarize information about the needs of demining from ministries, regional military administrations, partner countries and international organizations,” he wrote on Telegram.

According to the politician, the center will help improve coordination among all those involved in mine action and help attract additional resources.

Earlier, the head of diplomacy of the European Union, Josep Borrell, announced the allocation of €25 million to Ukraine to finance work aimed at demining the territory.

Also, the EU legal service notified the EU countries of the existence of grounds for temporarily using at least €33.8 billion from the frozen assets of the Bank of Russia to restore Ukraine.
