Governor of Idlib Salhab: militants prevent the Syrian authorities from bringing humanitarian aid into the province

“The Syrian state is ready to bring the necessary assistance to Idlib, and the militants and those who are at one with them are preventing this,” RIA Novosti quoted him as saying.

Salhab added: The Syrian state has declared that it is responsible for all citizens, regardless of whether they are in areas under the control of Damascus or outside them.

Earlier, the head of the civil defense of the Syrian Jebla, Major General Safwan Bahlul, announced the rescue of 11 survivors under the rubble as a result of recent powerful earthquakes.
