Elizabeth Lundberg is the principal of the preschool in Södertälje where a three-year-old was found peed on and in despair after being forgotten by the staff.
She believes that the prevailing routines at the preschool in this case have been abandoned for some reason.
- We have reported this, written a reminder and are now investigating what happened, she says.
Want to avoid a similar incident
The child was left upstairs in connection with the entire group of children being moved to one and the same ward downstairs in the afternoon.
They are now reviewing how changing working hours for the staff and other measures can prevent something like this from happening again.
