Earlier, Aleksandar Vučić could not say how much longer Belgrade would be able to withstand without the imposition of anti-Russian sanctions, but said that the country would try to survive as long as possible.

The press secretary of the Russian leader, Dmitry Peskov, said that the Kremlin is well aware of the pressure Western countries are exerting on Serbia to join the anti-Russian sanctions.

Peskov stressed that the Kremlin highly appreciates the position of Serbia.
