Asked if Biden plans to announce another US military aid package to Kyiv in Poland, Kirby said he would not prejudge the US president's speech.
“The president will make it clear that the United States will continue to support Ukraine for as long as it takes,” he said.
According to him, Biden will also "continue to call for international cohesion" and make it clear that additional assistance to Kyiv will come from the United States.
Earlier, the White House announced that Biden would arrive in Poland on an official visit on February 20 and stay there until February 22.
Kirby then said that he had nothing to announce about the possibility of Biden's visit to Ukraine.
