A new day of national mobilization takes place this Saturday to protest against the pension reform wanted by the government.

A total of 240 events are planned throughout France.

And for the first time, the French are called to take to the streets on a Saturday, which some see in a good light.

Joséphine, a student, is happy: she will finally be able to demonstrate against the pension reform this Saturday.

"It suits me compared to the other days", she confides, with a smile on her lips to Europe 1. "There was a demonstration on Tuesday and I had class at the university. So Saturday is better for me . It's good."

The new day of mobilization against the reform wanted by the government is being held this Saturday.

In all, 240 demonstrations are planned in France, with territorial intelligence providing for up to 800,000 people in the parades, including 90,000 to 120,000 people in Paris.

A new mobilization on March 7?

Suzanne doesn't have the problem of work or school: she's retired.

And yet, she was not available to demonstrate during the week.

"I was monopolized by my sick children who didn't have a high school, so I was on call for the little ones," she explains.

Suzanne is convinced that a demonstration organized on a Saturday can mobilize more people.

An opinion shared by Smaïn.

"I think it's good," he says.

"It will change something for the interest of the French. Already, the last time, there was a surprise, especially in the provinces."

And it may not be over.

The CGT Cheminots is indeed considering a renewable strike against the pension reform on March 7, to move to a higher level of mobilization.
