“This is said by a person who does not know how to hide the racist essence of his vision of the world,” Lavrov replied, quoted by RIA Novosti.
In Mali, Lavrov held talks with Malian Foreign Minister Abdoulaye Diop.
Earlier, the Russian minister had already noted that the “rules-based order” imposed by the West presupposes a racist division of the world into exceptional and the rest.
