Developing the rice bran industry and tapping the nutritional value of rice bran will help to reduce food loss and increase efficiency and national nutrition and health.

  (1) Support the development of rice bran safe food industry.

The State Administration of Grain and Material Reserves included the "Edible Grade Rice Bran" standard in the third batch of grain industry standard formulation and revision plans in 2018, and organized the drafting of the "Edible Grade Rice Bran (Draft for Comment)" industry standard, which has been open to the public for comments recently .

The rice bran processing link is the rice production link, and the key control nodes include rice cleaning, husking, and rice milling.

The production process should comply with GB/T26630 "Technical Specifications for Good Operation of Rice Processing Enterprises" and other operating procedures, the quality of rice raw materials should comply with product quality standards such as GB1350 "Rice", and the finished rice bran used for rice bran oil production should comply with LS/T3269 "Oil Use Rice bran" and other standards.

Include rice bran oil in the "Food Production License Classification Catalog".
