Earlier, the Financial Times wrote that a line of tankers formed in Turkish waters after the imposition of price restrictions on Russian oil.

This is due to the fact that Ankara has introduced additional insurance requirements in connection with the introduction of a price ceiling for Russian oil.  

Deputy Foreign Minister of Russia Alexander Grushko said that Russia is concerned about the situation with the accumulation of Russian oil tankers off the coast of Turkey.
