The Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation stated that as a result of a massive strike carried out by the Russian armed forces on November 23 on the military command and control system of Ukraine and related energy facilities, the transfer of reserves of Ukrainian troops was disrupted.

This was stated by the official representative of the department, Lieutenant-General Igor Konashenkov.

He clarified that the strike was carried out with high-precision long-range air, sea and land-based weapons.

“The target has been reached.

All assigned objects are hit.

As a result of the strike, the transfer of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reserves, foreign weapons, military equipment and ammunition to the combat areas by rail was disrupted,” Konashenkov said. 

He also commented on reports from the Ukrainian side, which claimed that urban facilities in Kyiv were allegedly damaged.

As Konashenkov emphasized, not a single blow was delivered to targets within the boundaries of the Ukrainian capital.

“All the destruction announced by the Kyiv regime in the city was the result of the fall of foreign and Ukrainian air defense missiles deployed in residential areas of the Ukrainian capital,” he said.

The situation on the directions of the NWO

In the Kupyansk direction in the area of ​​​​one of the settlements of the Kharkov region, an attempt by units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine to attack the positions of Russian troops was thwarted.

According to the Russian Defense Ministry, up to 60 Ukrainian servicemen, one armored combat vehicle and two pickup trucks were killed.

In turn, in the Krasnolimansky direction, attempts by the enemy to attack with the forces of two company tactical groups in the direction of the settlements of the Luhansk People's Republic (LPR) were thwarted.

As a result, more than 15 Ukrainian servicemen, one infantry fighting vehicle, a mortar crew and three vehicles were destroyed.

In addition, attempts to counterattack by the Armed Forces of Ukraine were thwarted in the South-Donetsk direction.

Along with this, as a result of preemptive artillery fire on the area of ​​​​concentration of the company tactical group of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, an enemy attack was thwarted in the direction of one of the settlements of the Zaporozhye region.

In total, the enemy lost more than 50 servicemen killed and wounded, one tank, six armored combat vehicles and three vehicles in this direction in a day.

Aviation, missile troops and artillery hit the command posts of the 3rd tank brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the Kharkiv region and the 57th mountain assault brigade in the Kherson region, as well as 63 artillery units in firing positions, manpower and military equipment in 152 districts.

In addition, during the counter-battery fight, the installation of the Grad multiple launch rocket system of the Armed Forces of Ukraine at a firing position in the Kharkiv region was hit.

An AN/TPQ-50 US-made counter-battery radar was destroyed in the Kherson region.

Two more US-made AN / TPQ-36 counter-battery radar stations were destroyed on the territory of the Donetsk People's Republic.

Investigative Committee - on the involvement of the Armed Forces of Ukraine mercenaries

According to the Investigative Committee of Russia, employees of Ukrainian embassies abroad help recruit mercenaries to participate in hostilities on the side of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

This is stated in the materials of the IC of the Russian Federation following the operational meeting, which was held by the head of the IC Alexander Bastrykin in Genichesk, Kherson region.

“It has been established that employees of Ukrainian embassies abroad are involved in the process of selecting mercenaries.

Also, various foreign state bodies and public organizations are involved in this work, ”the RF Investigative Committee noted.

According to the Investigative Committee, as a result of the work carried out by the department, the participation in the Ukrainian conflict of about 1 thousand mercenaries from 54 countries of the world was recorded.

It is noted that the most active suppliers of manpower to Ukraine are the United Kingdom, the United States, Canada, Israel, France, Sweden, Georgia, Finland, Poland and Lithuania.
