“Today, as an official document of the Security Council and the General Assembly, we circulated a letter addressed to the UN Secretary General with information about new evidence of Ukraine’s cruel treatment of Russian prisoners of war and an appeal to António Guterres to stop Kyiv’s violations of international humanitarian law,” the diplomat noted in his Telegram.

According to him, the Russian side will continue to focus on these and other crimes of the Kyiv regime during the meetings of the Security Council and the UN General Assembly.
