“I expect that the allocation of additional funds to Ukraine will be part of any agreement that ends the year,” RIA Novosti quoted Jeffreys as saying at a press conference.
He noted that we are talking about the inclusion of assistance to Ukraine in the new interim budget, which must be adopted by Congress before December 16.
