The department said that it was Ukraine and “its Western curators” who were responsible for the failure of the grain deal.

On the morning of October 29, the Armed Forces of Ukraine, led by British specialists, attacked ships of the Black Sea Fleet and civilian ships in Sevastopol using drones.

Later, the Russian Defense Ministry announced that Moscow was suspending its participation in the grain deal in connection with the attack on ships of the Black Sea Fleet and civilian ships.

On October 30, the Russian Ministry of Defense recovered fragments of naval drones used to attack ships of the Black Sea Fleet and civilian ships in the waters near the city of Sevastopol.
