Al-Jazeera correspondent reported that two settlers were wounded in a shooting at Kiryat 4 settlement in Hebron and that the occupation forces were sending reinforcements. The Palestinian Red Crescent stated that a paramedic was shot in the shoulder after shooting at an ambulance in Hebron.

The Israeli "Channel 12" said that the shooting took place near the house of the extremist Knesset (parliament) Itamar Ben Gvir, without further details.

For its part, Yedioth Ahronoth newspaper said that one of the two injuries was of moderate severity, and the other was slight.

According to Channel 12, the police asked Ben Gvir and his family to vacate their home, and Ben Gvir posted a tweet on his official Twitter account saying that he and his family were fine.

Ben Gvir is an extremist Knesset member, who heads the right-wing Religious Zionism party, is known for his hostile statements toward the Palestinians, and leads the regular intrusions into Al-Aqsa Mosque.
