Russia withdraws from agreement on safe transit of Ukrainian grain exports

Russia will stop its participation in the agreement on the safe transit of Ukrainian grain exports from three ports on the Black Sea, Interfax news agency reported on Saturday.

This came, quoting a statement of the Ministry of Defense criticizing a "terrorist attack" on the Russian fleet in the Crimea last night, according to what was reported by Bloomberg News.

The Russian Defense Ministry said a Navy minesweeper suffered minor damage from a "massive" drone attack on its Black Sea fleet in Crimea, and accused the United Kingdom of aiding the attack, without providing evidence.

The UK has denied any involvement.
