Yes, previously, President Yoon Seok-yeol presided over an emergency situation inspection meeting related to the Halloween accident in Itaewon, Seoul, at the Yongsan Presidential Office Crisis Management Center.

After that, he moved to the situation room of the government building in Seoul and presided over a meeting of the Central Disaster and Safety Countermeasures Headquarters around 2:30 a.m.

Prime Minister Han Deok-soo and Minister of Public Administration and Security Lee Sang-min attended the event.

First of all, President Yoon ordered, "Even for the families who have not been contacted until this time, we will proceed with quick identification of those who have died."

President Yoon also activated the accident management headquarters, headed by Prime Minister Han Deok-soo, and instructed Minister of Public Administration and Security Lee Sang-min to start preparing for the operation, including identifying the dead and conducting a detailed investigation into the cause of the accident.

He also urged Minister of Health and Welfare Cho Kyu-hong to do his best to treat patients who were transferred to the hospital.

President Yoon said that as soon as the damage situation is synthesized, he will preside over the accident management headquarters meeting, the presidential office said.

At the emergency situation review meeting held earlier, President Yoon emphasized, "The top priority right now is the evacuation and relief of patients, and the prompt transfer and treatment of victims to medical institutions."

In addition, he ordered, "Secure an ambulance route and immediately implement necessary measures such as traffic control for this."

President Yoon called Kim Kwang-ho, Commissioner of the Seoul Metropolitan Police Agency, and ordered that personnel except for emergency rescue workers and controllers not approach the accident site, and ordered large fire trucks to move at the scene so that they do not interfere with traffic, such as the rapid movement of hospital ambulances. The presidential office said.

In the first order last night (29th) around 11:36 pm, President Yoon instructed all relevant ministries and institutions, led by the Minister of the Interior and Safety, to do everything possible to ensure prompt first aid and treatment for the victims. Then, at around 0:16 this morning, through the second instruction, the Ministry of Health and Welfare said that it would like to quickly operate the emergency medical system, dispatch an emergency medical team, and quickly secure emergency beds in nearby hospitals.
