On October 25, it was reported that Steinmeier, during a visit to Ukraine, spent an hour in a bomb shelter in the Chernihiv region due to an air raid.

First, Fischer asks whether Germany informed Russia of its president's visit to Ukraine, and what Moscow's response was.

The journalist is also interested in where the shelling was recorded and what damage was done.

“Why didn’t the German or Ukrainian media report the cause, severity and consequences of the air raid on Koryukovka?” Fischer writes.

The third question concerns the agreements between the German and Ukrainian authorities regarding Steinmeier's negotiations with the townspeople in the basement.

“Was moving to the basement the subject of such discussions?” Fischer summed up.

Earlier, Steinmeier said that due to the special military operation of Russia in Ukraine, an epoch-making break occurred in relations between Berlin and Moscow.
