Earlier, the Russian Foreign Ministry said that Russian fertilizers for poor countries are blocked in European warehouses.

The official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry, Maria Zakharova, noted that the Russian side does not see the implementation of the memorandum on unblocking the export of fertilizers and grain from Russia as part of a food deal.

Earlier, Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Sergei Vershinin noted that the Russian side had not yet decided whether to extend the grain deal.
